I bought this hand guard to replace and upgrade the stock plastic ones. Very easy to install, unless you have girlie hands and can't pull down the delta ring. No tools were needed except for the allen wrenches supplied with hand guard.
Overall I am pleased with the fit and finish, solid and does not wiggle.
