Great magwell but with one big flaw
Written on Feb 24, 2025
The magwell itself is great. Easy install, gives extra grip, great well for loading magazines. The only gripe I have with this is it only comes with two magazine extensions. Your magazine needs the extension in order to actually lock in. At first I thought, "I'll just buy another mag extension from Beretta, simple," well the magazine extensions that Beretta sells is different dimensions and cannot work with this magwell. So now I have to buy other extensions hoping they will work (not to mention I'll have one magazine that looks different than the others, kind of annoying.)
Magwell itself: awesome
Extensions: just give us another one

Good simple IR laser
Written on Oct 29, 2024
Other reviews stated how bad the battery is and I have to say the battery that came with the unit is near dead on arrival. I got one use of it then it was out. $14 got me a 10 pack of batteries and I'm blasting at full power! I first tried this on my AR, and although it works, it is not feasibly comfortable. I then put it on my Kriss and am very satisfied. It was almost zeroed out of the box, it's lightweight, it shoots an IR laser that I can see practically up to about 50(ish) yards (in my environment). I have an Enforce WML for my IR light source and it doesn't overkill the laser dot.
2 things that might be obvious, might not, 1: you can't see the beam with or without NVGs, just the dot with NVGs. 2: there is no momentary on, if you push/hold the button it brightens/dims the dot. I find the low setting is adequate.
IR lasers are expensive, this is the cheapest option I've found that's not made of chineseium. I think it's good on a PCC, or pistol, just doesn't have the form for a rifle in my opinion.

Absolutely worth it!

Expensive? Yes. Requires permanent modification to your Glock 19X? Yes. Eliminates the ability to use backstraps? Sadly yes. However, this is EXACTLY what this pistol needs! I could not believe how much easier it is to reload with this magwell. It barely adds any bulk to the frame, so you don't even notice it until you need it. This is one of the few tactical accessories that will make a large difference to your performance. If you have a 19X, get a light, holster, mill the slide for a red dot, then GET THIS MAGWELL!

MIL-TEC Tactical Hand Warmer Muff
Waterproof exterior with MOLLE and velcro, fleece lined interior, even an extra pocket with a great zipper to carry all those hand warmers you won't be using because this works perfectly. Print is nice, doubt it'll fade easily. Definitely not a gimmick. If you are going to be out in the cold for a long time for whatever reason, this will keep bare hands warm.

Hazard 4 Fleece Poncho
Seen a lot of mixed reviews on youtube for this product. No it is not waterproof, but it is designed to be a liner for your waterproof GI poncho. It has it's rivets inverted to clip to the interior of the hard shell (I've seen a lot of reviews about the "hardshell" not being waterproof so I used a much cheaper surplus poncho). This poncho is not the lightest, it does have a large footprint even when folded so minimalists won't like it. But the design is well thought out nonetheless. The collar goes high and is lined with a waterproof material so your breath doesn't ice up in front of you, all the while keeping your neck and even partial face warm. The fleece is not fuzzy and quite durable. If you have just this liner alone it will keep you plenty warm in dry/humid environments(not rain). I like a poncho if I know I'll be standing around outside with my plate carrier for a while (I wouldn't wear this while moving around indoors.) or hanging around a fire pit. The soft velcro patches are in good spots (front, back, and each arm) for either the lols or if you want to put an IR/reflective patch so your buddies can see you in the dark.
So if you want a big but well contoured and thought out fleece poncho with velcro patches, this is your match.
