Bought this a couple years back and when I first got it, it worked great. The Bluetooth ability is awesome, storing charges is great. Now in year 2, scale drifts like no ones business, 20 charges in and I have to recalibrate. 50 charges in is when it starts acting up. Gives error beeps, low charge throws, clears out when pressing continue, power down to reset it, recalibrate, then after 5 throws it starts all over again. Contacted FA customer service when it all started, no call backs, no email returns. Silence.

Find something else. At least a company that calls you back to tell you that you are SOL at least.

I bought this intelledropper 1 year to this day from OP. I have all FA Reloading tools and am pretty pleased with them. I have loaded about 2,000 rounds maybe 3,000 with the intelledropper and it wasnt until 12 months I started seeing issues. 1st the trickle motor sounds like its dying. Upon start up it sounds like its getting a variable current. (Its on a UPC). on occasion the trickle wont move at all without help from me turning it. This is intermittent.

Lately, the system goes nuts for no reason. Beeps saying the charge is under. Clears the screen when trying to proceed. Needs to be powered down after loading 10 charges. Touch screen stops working and can only be controlled by the blue tooth app. And the list goes on. This only started about 1 to 2 months ago. Prior to that, it worked like a dream. Fast, accurate, easy to use i was very happy. Now, not so much. Im fearing i now have a very expensive paper weight. After 1 year im sure past any return policy and out of warranty.

It works great, just wish it lasted longer.
