It’s for the 300 Savage, not too functional for the 300 blackout. Hornady makes great bullets and will always recommend them to any fellow reloader just check the Hornady item number beforehand as a cross reference. Because I didn’t... Or should I buy a 300 Savage, what is a 300 Savage? Blah blah nope... It’s definitely not 30 carbine either OP

I’d buy another one, it works well. I haven’t ran it auto 5,000 plus rounds but I have cycled and sent a few rounds down range and it does exactly what a gas tube should do. It cycles my AR well and yes I buy another one

Good fit and locks down great and does cycle well. It’s too big for two of my mlok tubes, had to grind down the bottom so I could get it to fit and be free floated. There’s a lot of extra material at the bottom so grinding it down a little was no problem. Great price, watch your hand guard tube size.
