The look and feel are great. Conceals really well. Pistol fits perfect with great retention. It's as comfortable as one would expect for appendix carry. My only complaint is it is too long. An appendix carry holster needs to be as short as possible (only as long as necessary). There needs to be a dedicated Sig P365 holster. Those of us with P365 have to share a holster with the P365XL, which means over 1/2 inch of unnecessary plastic digging into my groin.

I love Midwest Industries handguards. I consider them one of the best deals on the market. They are lightweight, strong, durable, and extremely functional, all while being very affordable. They are also easy to install. I ordered this one for my latest build that included a blast can. The extra internal diameter of the SP series handguard allows my can to sit inside the handguard. It looks slick! Once I shot it, I figured out I like the extra width of this handguard too. I'm used to running slim handguard to reduce weight and size, but the extra diameter on this one allows me to get a better grip on the forend. If you want you suppressor or blast can to fit inside your handguard, this product will definitely do the trick.

If you're looking for a no-frills hard plastic grip that looks good and works good, this one will check all the boxes. Review requires 200 characters. Not sure what else I can say. It's a grip. It installs like any other grip.
