Good price point, but has flaws

I haven't had a chance to test the zero, but I ran into some other issues with the product before even using it. The first one came to me malfunctioning, and I filed a warranty replacement with the manufacturer. They were very courteous and did replace the unit, but I should have done it through optics planet since I had to pay for shipping. The replacement one I received worked correctly, but the battery became lodged in its housing and it took a pair of pliers to pull it out. I am going to keep the second one, because I do like the product and the way its configured. The angled foregrip and the modular configurable parts to it are really cool, well made. I can change how the stop and foregrip are spaced and where they go, and I really like that. The laser/light combo is great for a starter set-up and are sufficient for what they are meant to do. The housing for the laser/light assembly housing is made of plastic, however, and I do not think it would fare well against any incidental whacking or physical force. For the price, it is very fair, but the manufacturing flaws didn't really help its rating.
