I bought the Konuspot-100 off the shelf and the contents on the box clearly states that it is supplied with a tabletop tripod. I got the scope home and opened the packaging and there was no tripod. EVERY other model they sell includes the tripod except the flagship 100 model? How are you supposed to use a spotter with no tripod?

I called the US HQ thinking it was a simple packaging mistake. I was told that it does not come with the tripod and it is an issue they are aware of with the box description. I was told to return the item. That's it. No offer to send a tripod (that they sell) to make it right. I started to get upset and the lady I was speaking with said she would see what they could SELL me a tripod for. She casually mentioned they don't sell to the public, as if she was doing me some favor. So I agreed to wait for a price and guess what.... she hung up on me.

I called back and spoke to a different person and they clearly knew what was going on. He said they would sell me their cheapest tripod for $13.

Bottom line, the know the packaging is incorrect and they are still sending it to retailers and misleading their customers. DO NOT so business with this company.
