Purchased this scope for rimfire (22lr) precision shooting. Haven't gotten to really stretch it out yet, but this is a quality optic! Crisp, clear glass with great operational features such as very nice tactical turrets with very smooth operation is on par with $2K optics for 1/4 the price. The only con I can come up with is that it's a little heavy, but in reality for a bench rest gun, that is not even a con.

This is a nice clean crisp 2# trigger. Very little creep and no real detectable overtravel, and it has a very short reset. I'm a real Volquartsen fanboy, and I really like this trigger, but it does have a weakness that I'm not real fond of. The safety is very easily switched from the safe position to the fire position. It does not have a clean crisp detente. Would have expected it to be clean and crisp like other Volquartsen products I have, but this one is not that way. It's not a deal-breaker, and maybe I just got one that isn't quite right, but wanted to report it in case someone out there is getting this trigger to put in a gun that multiple people, even children/young adults may be using. They need to know to be extra careful with the safety on this drop in trigger. It is nowhere near as secure as the OEM trigger that came in my 10/22.

I got this barrel because it was the standard profile. I intend to use it in a standard 10/22 stock, and it fit nicely. I did just a little bit of dremel work on the barrel channel in the stock because I wanted it to float as opposed to using the original barrel band. I was able to shoot sub 1" groups with regular old Federal bulk ammo. I look forward to getting my suppressor to mount on it too.

Installed the barrel, extractor and firing pin in my M&P1522. It would not run a magazine of ammo without FTF multiple times. Problem was light strikes. Ultimately put the OEM factory firing pin back in the bolt and the gun runs flawlessly! The firing pin flat would not work in my gun. Love the barrel and claw type extractor however so I therefore would recommend this barrel.
