I purchased this to go on my Daniel Defense with a Milspec buffer tube. The stock fiy on the buffer, but would not slide all the way up the tube. It became in a bind a little more than half way up the tube. It also performed the same way on my LWRCI. I was originally going to send it back, but after looking in the back side of the tube, I figured out where it was binding. I took a small file and worked with it, as well as using some dry silicone spray to get it fixed. I now use it with no issues at all. It seems as if FAB Defense would do a better job on production, but I guess there is one lemon in every basket. Only 2 Stars because I really had to work with it to get it to work as intended. But if you are not afraid to fix it, yes I would recommend it. It is a great stock, and I plan on getting another for my LWRCI. But I am gonna keep the file handy!

I own several Daniel Defense rifles, and I really wanted to get my hands on the DD4 RIII in 16" barrel. This has fast become my favorite "all purpose" rifle. It is balanced, accurate, and just plain good! I can't recommend it enough. Go get one today.
