Savage Shooter from United States, MI Public Profile

I have been an Area 419 user for a while now. The price is worth the product. Also the customer support is really really great.

I ordered the MDT XRS chassis from optics planet to go on my savage model 11. Everything was great, there was an active coupon that helped bring the price down and shipping was fast.

The only issue was the item had clearly been opened and used before by someone else. I don't think it was extensively used, it appeared the person opened the box played around with the stock and put it back in the box. The only problem was, the chassis was being sold as new.

After an online chat with the OpticsPLanet rep they offered to refund the difference of what the price would be as an open box item which completely resolved the issue for me.

Everything really was 5/5 stars however I marked it 4/5 since there is some hickup internally where openbox items are being sent out under the "new category".

I will be using opticsplanet in the future.
