Replaced the stock front sight on my SW9VE. Taped the area around the plastic staked-in stock front sight and used pliers to break the sight off. Put a little blue loctite on the screw and tightened up the new sight with a Glock front sight tool. This night sight is comparable with the Ameriglo front sight I have on my Glock 26. No complaints so far. Glad I got it.

Older eyes here. I got the orange square version and I pick it up very well. I've also blacked out my stock rear sight so I can concentrate more on the front. Haven't had a chance to shoot with them yet, but based on how well I now see the front sight compared with the stock white sight, I can't help but think it will be an improvement. I had been concerned about how old the tritium would be. The sight was dated 2017.

Also ordered the economy version of Ameriglo's front sight tool. No problems using it and it only cost 6 bucks. Life is good.
