Awsome band, looks great, absolutely love it and it’s exactly what I was looking foR. BUT the pin(not the one used for adjusting) broke. Band suddenly loosened, I thought the clasp hadn’t been closed all the way, but when I went to close it, something didn’t look right. As I was trying to take it off I seen a pin shoot into the air and into the snow. Brought to a jeweler to get another pin and was told it’s a very unique “bullet head” pin. They would have to order one. They suggested returning it for a replacement, as it was clearly not abused and was most likely just a bad pin. Optics planet does not have any more in stock, so I reached out to garmin, and they’re looking into getting me a replacement. Expensive band? Absolutely. The pin issue I think was just what the jeweler said, an unfortunate fluke. I would still recommend the band. Depending what garmin says/does depends on whether I ultimately return it and look for the same band from somewhere it’s in stock.
