Im rating 5 stars because I am pleased with the performance and function of ATN OPMOD X-Sight 4K Pro 5-20 smart Ultra HD day night hunting scope. You cant beat the performance and quality for the price. The scope is seamlessly responsive and feature rich. There are also a lot of programmable options for anyone to fine tune it to their personal preferences. Once you register it ATN keeps you informed of any firmware updates and the process is fairly simple and straight forward. The clarity and range of visibility is better than I expected for a digital night vision scope especially with the included IR illuminator.(I'm positive that an expensive aftermarket one will increase the visibility and detection range) The opmod comes with the external battery pack which is a great bonus for the price you're paying. But in all reality I have never needed to use it as the internal battery last longer than any periods of darkness in a 24hour span. Great scope for the money and suite my needs perfectly. Side note: I also have the ATN 1500 range finder and the two sync up effortlessly and instantly. My only gripe is the rubber covers for the charging port and the SD card port. They can be knocked out easy but are retained by a lanyard. Also the SD cover can eject the card while reinserting the cover. Its easy to cover with a tape that wont leave residue on your scope but that's something that someone shouldn't have to do in my opinion.
