I'm not a rocket scientist, nor do I have scientific testing equipment, however, this Strike Industries JCOMP does a great job of reducing muzzle rise. I have one on my AK, one on my 308 and one on my AR pistol. All I know is that though it is loud, it does decrease muzzle rise which aids in followup shots. Two thumbs way up!

Initialy I purchased a competitor's handguard for my 300 BLK build. Unfortunately, the internal dimension was not conducive to the 1.5" inch titanium tube I've used as a blast diverter. With this RF handguard, I was able to install my blast diverted with no issue. Opticsplanet usually carries products for less $ than original manufacturers, which is why I turn to Opticsplanet a lot. Fit and function

The color is really uniform and the etching is a nice contrast. With all the black, fde, coyote tan, and od green parts flooding the aftermarket, it is nice seeing other options to have your weapon system standout among others. I'm pleased with pricing, fit, finish and function.
