Camp Chef SmokePro STX Pellet Grill

This grill is amazing for the price! We have had it less than a week and we have made pizza (twice), steaks, chicken, pork loin and vegetables (asparagus, sweet potatoes and bustles sprouts) on it! Only advice is the 30 min break-in they list in their instructions is nowhere near long enough, do it for about 90 min on high, not at 350 or your first meal will taste like burnt oil. I will be buying the insulation blanket (not available from OP) for this item, does not hold consistent temps if the outside temp is under 40 degrees. Mine was also missing the pellet rake for inside the hopper and the cookbook that Camp Chef said it was supposed to come with (would like the rake, but the book is available online)

This cover is durable and fits quite well, even with the side shelf not on the grill. Would definitely recommend this to preserve your grill! Time will tell if this holds up to the constant taking off and putting on since we use our grill all the time!
