The difficulty with ordering holsters for, in particular, revolvers, is that the photos of the holster are not ever representative of the item. In this instance, while the holster in the picture of the item actually shipped is correct and representative, the holster pictured on the page to purchase was for a semi-automatic. It depicted a holster with a completely covered trigger. I have a strong preference for the trigger guard being completely covered on all my guns. My application is everything from hiking to snake walks to match carry. The consequence of this failing of the true representation of the holster for "a particular gun" is that I have ordered a holster which I will not use very often, perhaps only match carry. Walking through the woods with the potential for a limb to get caught in the trigger is not a risk I am willing to take. I recommend that in the future you offer photos like the one above or warn the purchaser in the description of the open trigger guard.
