Magpul Pro 700 fixed stock damaged

The product itself is made like you would expect from Magpul, very high quality. Problem is those, it arrived damaged and appears to be a previously returned item as the box itself was not sealed. The damage itself is right where the upper stock meets the butt stock. There are two screws that channel down into the dual nut system that secure the two together. Those metal channels are bent and marred preventing the screws from following down to the nut for tightening. The screws threading has also been impacted. I’m not disappointed with the product but the fact that an 800 dollars system is essentially unusable due to extensive damage. Never had an issue with items from Optics Planet before and I’m sure this is a one off but would like to get this issue resolved without wasting more time and money.
