If you forget about the rear sight and just concentrate on the dot in the middle of the glass you won't miss a shot. I keep wanting to co-witness the dot with the rear sight which is really stupid on my part i guess it is a learning curve. I gave this four stars due to the delay of the dot coming on after it has been in the sleep mode. Sometimes you will need to shake it or push one of the intensity button to make the dot appear. Anyway,,,, at 75' i am hitting my 3" gong which is amazing for me.

I have owned this dispenser for five years now. I would/will not trade it for anything. This is an instrument. Instruments need to be calibrated and fined tune. Different powders or different loads yes, you will need to recalibrate but once you know what you are doing it's is easy. From 9mm to 300 Win Mags it will give you a constant weight.
