I purchased this a little over a year ago for my Sig 1911 and loved it at first. However when I purchased my handgun safe for in my dresser drawer I ran into a problem because if I laid the gun facing the direction I wanted the weight of the gun would depress the switch to turn on the light. Then a after about a year the light stopped working after minimal use. I tried to get the manufacture to take care of it, but they supposedly shipped a replacement flashlight attachment but I never received it.
