Like the title says, and as another reviewer mentioned, this barrel is heavy. I have one in 12.5” and it weighs 4lbs...I wish I had paid more attention to this before purchasing, but at the time of purchase (and as of now) finding a good .223 Wylde barrels is kind of difficult.

But on a positive note it does shoot very accurately with the right Ammo. Seems to like heavier grain bullets. It also shoots very flat, even with a linear comp. As another reviewer mentioned, it shoots surprisingly flat for a carbine length gas system using a non adjustable SLR gas block.

Overall it is a very nice barrel, head spacing with a BCM bolt is perfect, the fit and finish is flawless, as well as the crown and threads. Gas port seems to be perfect, getting perfect ejection at 2-3 o clock with an H1 buffer for all loads.

The only problem for me is the weight, if that doesn’t matter to you then I would highly recommend this barrel.

For 1/3 the price of it’s competitors...it’s about 85% just as good IMO. Clear glass, nice solid adjustments, Sweet reticle(I went with BDC) lifetime warranty...just an awesome optic, especially for the money.

Perfect little kit to have in your range bag or on your build station. I was kind of on the fence between getting this or a larger torque wrench set but I’m glad I went with this, it’s all I needed and it is very handy just having everything I need in a little pouch. I haven’t compared the torque values with my digital snap on torque wrenches but honestly they feel pretty accurate, nothing has come loose and I can tell that it doesn’t have inconsistent readings so it’s good enough in my opinion.

Works great, I kind of like to pair manufacturers parts that work together, so when I bought a BCM BCG I figured their charging handle should go with it right? I know it doesn’t matter but whatever, any BCM makes is quality.

I noticed a lot of the reviews on this charging handle saying they hoped it would be bigger? I personally think this is a perfect size, I have big hands and fingers and I have no problem getting a hold of this quickly. Haven’t used it with gloves but I won’t use it with gloves either. If you have you rifle tight to your body with a sling wider charging handles can sometimes catch you in the collar bone/chest/sternum when moving or doing something that calls for your rifle to be slung real snug...I don’t get the whole extended charging handle appeal, low profile seems better to me.
