Review for
Hyskore Black Gun Shooting Rest
Range day testing the new rifle rest. First issue discovered is that the rest is quite high on the table top, required that I stoop over the rest rather seated on a banch. Not a big problem but awkward when trying to zero a scope.
The butt rest is not long enough to allow a proper cheek press as the butt of the rifle stock had to be in the first /closest adjustment which created a parralax issue with cheek weld while using the scope.
The butt rest needed an additional strap over the top of the rifle butt to sufficiently tie down the rifle to the rest.
A simple fix but should have been thought of by the manufacturer. This is not to be considered a true rifle "sled" as it is too light to keep the rifle in place after releasing the shot and had to be moved back in place to line up to the bullseye of the target.
All that said the product performed as expected and would reccommend as it was a useful tool. Lightwheight, easy to transport and once you get used to it it performed as needed.
