Defective right out the box

Right out of the box this thing won't work, keeps flashing "Bayo Unplugged". If I fiddle with the jack on the bayo it will connect but as soon as I let go it errors out again. I went back and forth for a year over which chrono to buy and finally settled on this one. A huge mistake on my part.Save yourself some money and headache and buy they Prochrono.

So after the swager broke I contacted Frankford Arsenal to complain about the poor quality and within a few days they had shipped me a new one, no questions asked. In addition, this new one has been re-engineered and beefed up in the area that broke. I gave 3 stars because of the exceptional customer service but it still annoyed me that the thing broke in the first place.

Broke with less that 100 cases through it

I had high hopes for this swager since I've bought other Frankford Arsenal products before, but this thing's a piece of junk. Less than 100 cases and it broke. Not the swage pin or anvil but the case. It's made from pot metal so I guess that's not a surprise, but one would think they would reinforce the areas that are subjected to the most stress. My advice, spend a little more and get a Dillon.
