The standard rubber feet work OK, but they attract lots of dirt, and provide a slippery surface when mounting on stumps or any wet things.

This stuff is consistent in velocity, its accurate as it comes in a 1:8 twist gun, and the cases are in good condition. Nosler attention to detail is fully evident here.
Daylight is awesome, may be hard in night for older eyes

These sights are the cats meow. I love them on my M&P Shield. Some of my kydex holsters needed modification, but a dremel does that easily and without compromising the fit of the holstes. Leather may be a different story--haven't tried that yet.
When running in even modest light, this sight really shows. In night time, the fact that the sight is recessed and lensed makes it a bit harder to see. I wish the tritium was as bright as their standard 3 dot tritium sights.
That said, on a M&P Shield, it's really a belly gun, so at night time I'm going to be point shooting for defense, not trying to get a perfect shot (which isn't really defensible in court--at least in my state).
I'm going to get a red version to see the difference.

Great buy for the money

I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out, considering my less than great experience using FLIR scopes. However, I can say that the size of this product, the solid construction, and clarity of viewing is remarkable. Thermal products will be spendy, but for the price point this is a solid choice.

It's a bit long, but it works well and has a tight seal. The tip doesn't overpenetrate. You need to get 30 cal patches though. Any universal or general purpose ones or such can be too large and require doubling up or cutting.
