So, I bought this to use with two pvs14s, it comes loose in a bag, and there's no instructions on it. The reason it should have some sort of manual is that it came in pieces and I had to figure out the allen wrench sizes needed. If you're here looking for them, there are four allenhead screws in each side at the base where they swivel and their size is 5/64th. There is an internal allenhead screw when you remove the baseplate and its size is 3/32nd. I'm not exactly happy I had to disassemble it to torque the screws down for the J-arms but I did it. It's not hard, just annoying. Otherwise, the mount is solid and doesn't flex any. (For over $300, it shouldn't flex and I sure hope it doesn't shatter)
