First I want to a dress the other review, the 0-2 apature is suppose to be off center, the small peep is inline, and because you have to rotate the peep 90 deg to the 0-2 it is off center to keep the same 0, otherwise your zero would be off. These sights were designed in conjunction with Larry Vickers, they are the lightest strongest fixed sights on the market. Fixed sights have made a big comeback in the AR market, I have been using the AR15 for over a decade and I have several setup with Iron Sights, no red dot, no scope, because electronics fail, usually when you need them the most. I have seen people at the ramge pull out their AR to fundout their red dot is dead and act like its the end of the world, even though they have iron sights. Why?
Because they never took the time to learn how to use them or sight them in. The first thing we do at classes is go over iron sights (or backup iron sights) amd how to properly use them, then take everyone out and confirm their iron sights are sighted in and engage 3 targets at 25m, 50m, and 100m.

Primary Arms has been making high quality budget optics for about 10 years, when Dimitri developed the ACSS Reticle system it took their scopes to another level. The ACSS Reticle is the Best BDC (bullet drop compensating) reticle on the market, it can be confusing to a new user, but once you learn to use the ACSS and the built in ranging, wind holds, and bullet drops any shooter can make hits out to 500+ yards without much coaching. The ACSS is the difference, that's what takes their scopes from good to great. The glass on their budget line is good, there is some minor distortion near the edges, which is to be expected at an optic in this price range. I have allot of experience with the 1-6 gen 3 and 4-14x44 ACSS and I recommend them to everyone looking for a scope with a BDC reticle because it gives you so many built in tools. If you want to learn how to use an ACSS reticle Dimitri has allot of videos on YouTube that explain the multitude of ways you can use the reticle, Mrgunsandgear, and Sootch do as well. I usually mount my scopes in a Midwest Industries 1.5 offset scope mount, for my recent purchase (Primary Arms 4-14x44 ACSS HUD DMR 308) I decided to try something different, a Ware Skelotonized Mount, it's light weight and very well made. I have found I never use the QD portion of the MI scope bases because once I install them on my rifle that's where they stay. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the 4-14x44 is a bit heavy, if they were 20oz or lighter 5 s

I bought this Odin Adjustable Gas Block for a 7.5 AR Pistol build. The Gas Block is very easy to adjust, and comes with all the hardware and tools to install it. If your going to use this gas block under a rail be sure to check the inner dimension of the handguard and the dimensions of the gas block (available on Odins website) and make sure the gas block has clearance on all sides, so it will fit properly and not damage the rail or gas block. I used a BCM KMR Alpha 9 handguard with a 7.5 Faxon barrel and the Odin gas block fits fine with clearance on every side. I wouldn't hesitate to use another Odin gas block, its very easy to use and install. I like to coat the gas block with Fireclea before I install it, that way when it needs to be cleaned the carbon will wipe off easily.

Holosun has some of the best optics on the market at any price and the 510c is no exception . Thisoptic has a very large window, but it still fits on an AR15, or CZ Scorpion without looking huge. The 510c has 3 reticle options, a 2moa dot,the circle dot, and a circle with no dot (for shotguns). The glass is very clear, only a very sight blue tint, but its not noticeable. The sight has a built in qd lever, and has an absolute cowitness height for the AR platform. The hood is a titanium blend that is extremely strong and light. This sight does not need a battery to run,it is possible to run this sight on solar power alone, which is something no other sight can do. This sight is excellent, I have 3 different Holosun models now (HS503g, HS503hi, and HS510c) none of them have failed me. I will continue to use Holosun products on all of my builds
