Awesome product.I mounted this onto an AR-15 carbine I set up as a light varmint rifle.Works great I can easily see targets to 100 yards and beyond in complete darkness.The green LED does not seem to disturb animals at all.This light can be purchased with the mounting kit and remote on/off switch for a little more $$$ and I recommend that as well.When using the mounting kit/remote pressure switch I was able to mount the light out to the end of my forearm with the lens about 3/4" behind my flash hider and the switch is is back just forward of the receiver,perfect set up.I strongly recommend Streamlight products for their value and durability and Optics planet has some of the best customer service staff I have worked with.
