Obviously I wouldn’t have this on the pew pew by choice.Buuut,I’m going legit and I like the featureless style build to be able to use the standard magazine release function as the almighty Mr. Stoner intended.I would say that this particular grip from Strike Ind.(have not tried others yet) favors right handed people as the fin is offset to the left. With this there is enough purchase that with your right hand only you can bring the pew pew up from low to ready with ease. And with thumb right I’d suggest an Ambi safety selector to allow for quick selection and more accurate shots when needed(trying to find the silver lining here.)I am happy with my purchase.

Great looking mount and options for the money.Cantilever/offset mount with 2 quick detach levers.Have mounted it on both small/large frame receivers without issue.Just be aware on how to adjust tension, for me with lever open you can tighten/loosen hex nut on opposite end of QD lever.Just make sure the nut is timed/clocked properly as you start to tension or close/lock QD lever to avoid damage.Feature packed for the money,I’m happy with my purchase.

For Right handers as it says in description.I like it for its simplicity.Owned this for 5 years now and have not yet encountered the situation where my left arm was deemed inoperable in my 2nd tour as a working family man living in the suburbs with the need for the full Ambi option.Lightweight, nice finish, looks great on pocketed receiver set.Its been in both Aero forged and Sharps Bros billet uppers and has functioned without a miss yet.Im happy with my purchase.

Purchased the 5.56 brake.Good fit/finish,made of stainless, coated black.3 ports help with recoil reduction.Have it on a 18” rifle length gas barrel and shoots smooth.Has a recessed flange that helps hide crush washer that makes it ascetically pleasing.Does not offer any type of mounting interface for attaching blast forwarding/suppressor devices if that’s what your looking for.Great for featureless builds and letting everyone in the surrounding zip codes hear that you’re compliant.Im happy with my purchase.

Great classic look. This was part of an 18” rifle build. The satin black finish looks good.A little wobbly, did the electrical tape thing and it tightened up.If I could be ultra picky I’m not a fan of the hard plastic butt-pad with the sharp edges, but still used it without issue though.Great vibe if your building something retro.I am happy with this purchase.

Fit and finish are excellent on this Spikes 18” SPR barrel.Gassing is good with no failures/last round hold open issues while using a standard weight BCG(Spikes Tactical Nickel Boron BCG,) Spikes Tactical Stainless 3 Port Brake(because California,) A2 rifle buffer system, and P-mags,It’s the most pleasant AR to shoot.I haven’t had the time or care to run quality ammo through it yet to see how tight it can shoot.I have however shot the cheapest 55 grain to 62 grain from different manufacturers i could find and it still shoots tight groups-2” ish if I had to guess which suits my current needs. Its on a build with a 1-10x LPVO,15” handguard, detachible bi-pod,fixed stock, detachable sling ect. It’s a,Dare I say it…recce style build.I built it for the wife as her primary range gun so weight overall was a concern just in case she needs to ruc this thing. The build came out better than expected and I want to Indian give it backsies. In all seriousness,I was looking to put together a build inspired by the MK 12 while being weight conscious(medium profile barrel,)durable/long service life(cold hammer forged,)consistent medium range capabilities with off the shelf cheap ammo, and lastly great looks. This was achieved using this barrel,I couldn’t be happier with my purchase,Thank you OP!
