Great alternative to milling

Was planning to mill my Glock 21 slide to mount an optic and saw this product. It is an amazing design how it can mount so many optic footprints. It is a strong heat treated steel that makes me confident the threads will not strip. Had to file the bottom of the dove tail surface a little to lessen the insertion force. Got it to push in about half way and used a small plastic mallet to drive it to center. It is the exact same width as my slide which made it easy to center by eye. Comes with every screw and locator pin size you would ever need. Highly recommend.
Align Tactical Mag Release

Another great Align Tactical product. Their takedown thumb rest radically improved my competition shooting ant this mag release is easier to hit without affecting my grip and gives more middle finger room. Fit perfect. There are good YouTube videos on how to get the OEM release out. Best method is to use a SIM card release pin to get the original mag release button out.
