Execellent FRT
Written on Jun 19, 2026
Runs great with real H3 dead blow buffer and standard carbine spring in 10.5"-16" 5.56 bbls. Easy to install, fun to use, great product. Once installed, and when you add your upper, put rear lug in first, pull the charging handle a little bit, drops in, push your pins in. A little different than what yer use to, but nothing you can't handle.

Great drop in FRT
Written on Jun 15, 2026
Recommend just get a legit H3 dead-blow type buffer, use your standard carbine spring, nothing more fancy than that is needed per my experience. Played with H2 buffer, with mixed results, using H3 buffer and std. carbine spring, this has performed 100% with 10.5", 12.5" and 16" 5.56 bbls using Tula .223 and PMC X-TAC 55gr. Did not like a Adams Arms piston equipped 12.5" upper(excellent upper btw), probably need to spend time tuning it, but again works 100% on other DI uppers. Purchased several of the FRTs. Selector has 2 sharp edges/corners near the rotational axis, wears on your finger and/or gloves, easy fix with a file or dremel tool though, just a little rounding and its perfecto.

NcSTAR 1913 Vertical Mid Length Grip
A little on the chubby side but still good and usable. The pic rail is replaceable with a flat section, which is included. Grip cap is positive and secure.

NcSTAR Vism Carbine Pistol Case, 28in
This is a good general purpose rifle case, durable, roomy, provides good protection, will fit 2 ARs (bottom to bottom), if the configuration of the firearms allows it, I do this routinely.

Nice little pack

Review for
VISM Every Day Pack
This is a nice little pack for EDC type stuff. Gun + holster + belt + spares mags/ammo + micro first aid kit + snack + water bottle + radio + flashlight + etc, etc, etc. Easy to throw in the vehicle without be obtrusive.
Sturdy construction, ample room for quite a bit of stuffs + the molle.
Not a bad starter pack for a smaller child either.

OKayish for some mags

Review for
VISM AR10/ M1A/ FAL Single Mag Pouch
Mine did not fit a AR10/LR308 metal mag or a PMAG. However, all is not lost, based on other reviews I knew this was a possibility so my back-up plan was/is to use for 20rd AR15 mags. Fits A little loose, obviously, but still retained well, with easy retrieval and re-insertion.
