If you're looking for a budget optic I would highly recommend this Gideon. I was able to catch it on sale for under $140. Don't hesitate to pull the trigger on this optic.

This is a great working trigger that I would highly recommend.
I you are not mechanically inclined I would not recommend installing this on your own, find a good gunsmith in your area.
It dropped the pull weight down to around 3.5 lbs and it will probably drop a little more once broken in.

I am recommending this Vortex Strikefire 2 as a must have for the budget friendly red dot. Had it zeroed in in 3 shoots very accurate up to 70 yards with out a magnifier (old guy),can't wait the get me some hogs.
