This is a great blind. Just make sure you get all the poles to set it up. I was shorted 3 poles. But optic planet made it right. If you order one get it from them. The manufacturer will charge you shipping on the poles to send them to you. Even though it’s their mistake. Just beware. Optic will pull the item and verify the poles are there.
I purchased this blind from Optic Plant.com. I fist want to say , Optic Planet is awesome.there customer service is tops. My situation was . I got my waterfowl bale blind. When I went to put it together. I found out I was missing 3 poles. I contacted Altan and talked to the sales manager named Chris. I explained my situation. He said that he would find me some pole and ship them to me at no charge. He did find some and emailed me letting me know that he had my missing poles. He asked for my address and I sent it to him. A week went by. No poles. So I call him. He said he had them but they were not sent out. Then he said I would not be charged for the missing poles but, I would have to pay for shipping. I said what! I have to pay shipping for something your company didn’t but in my blind. I was not happy. He would back down. So I said I’m shipping it back and I was contacting Optic Planet and shipping it back. The phone call ended. I contacted Optic Planet and they were very very helpful. They paid shipping back and shipped me a replacement after they checked to verify that it had all the poles. And refunded me. And gave me a $20. Off from $170. And shipped my replacement the same day. that I paid. Bottom line. The blind is awesome. I’d give it a 5. But the company customer service and Atlan does not stand be hind any missing parts. So just beware if you by this blind and find missing poles. If you buy one make sure you purchase from a reputable seller like Optics Planet.com.
