UPDATE: 3/20/21 Trijicon responded the next day to my email asking for my shipping address to send replacement screw for the front sight. The package came a week later with 3 different length screws and no charge to me. I used the 0.12 length screw and perfectly secured the front sight to the slide. That was all it took!. Kudos to Trijicon for their customer service which made me very happy.

The height of these sights is perfect for the concurrent use with a Trijicon RMR01 red dot sight on the slide. Besides now having usable 3 dot Tritium sights they make acquisition of the red dot much faster....no more moving the gun around to find it since my eyes and point of aim go naturally to the 3 dots bringing the red dot into view automatically. Now I can recommend these sights 100%.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 3/11/21: I purchased the Trijicon Bright & Tough Suppressor Night Sights GL204-C-60095 from Optics Planet since I have a Trijicon RMR 01 on my Glock Mod 40. It was past the 30 days return policy before I had a chance to install these sights on the 40. The rear sight fit perfectly but the front sight is sloppy in the hole because its protrusion isn't the same size (smaller) as the factory sight's. The set didn't come with a replacement screw for the front sight even though the factory screw is too long and so can't be used. I did purchase a small flat washer at the hardware store thinking that would be enough to not bottom out the screw but that put the screw's head in the path

It was past the 30 days return policy before I had a chance to install these sights on the 40. The rear sight fit perfectly but the front sight is sloppy in the hole because its protrusion isn't the same size (smaller) as the factory sight's. The set didn't come with a replacement screw for the front sight even though the factory screw is too long and so can't be used. I then tried the fit on two Mod 20's (G2 & 4) slides with the same result. Then I used a Dremel cutoff wheel to shorten the screw (measured screw hole depth and took a bit more off) and still the front sight is not secured in the hole and can move around even though the screw can be tightened down after being cut. The screw hole in the sight is also not centered in the protrusion as on the factory sight which may be part of the problem trying to secure it properly. The factory sight screw hole is centered in its protrusion which puts the screw head almost to the front of the slightly milled out circle in the 40's slide.
I have read several comments from people that have the exact same issues as I've described above so I'm positive Trijicon knows of the problem.

I purchased the laser sight for my stock gen 2 mod 20 10 mm Glock since it doesn't have accessory mounting features. I like the concept but reality was not good. The cap of this isn't held onto the laser tube other than friction fit of an oring. Installation was simple other than using my own tools instead of the provided "tool" to remove old and install new slide lock
spring. Out of the box the cap came off from the tube with manual cycling of the slide. I removed and checked installation per instructions and videos a couple of times but the cap kept separating from the tube with manual cycling. It took forever to contact a live person at Lasermax customer service but finally they agreed to send a new cap. New cap made it through the manual cycling test so took it to the range. On the 12 round, the slide didn't return to full lockup. Was barely able to get the gun disassembled and sure enough the new cap had separated from the laser tube causing the slide to jam again. The jamming of the gun makes this totally unusable and a waste of money. I'm baffled as to why this guide rod laser doesn't have a method of positively securing the cap to the tube like some of the other Lasermax models....especially with the power of the 10mm round. I'm trying to get ahold of Lasermax again (wish me luck with that) to see if they will send a brand new complete assembly. I'll update when/if that happens.
