Midwest Industries B&T APC Stock Adaptor
Per usual, a quality product from Midwest. This is a plug and play 1913 adapter compatible with the SBT end plate. There are other b&t compatible 1913 options out there with a lower profile but are nearly double the cost and require swapping the buffer. Midwest made this easy! Just be aware that this requires a SBT endplate and as such, 1913 style folding buffer tubes will not fold all the way due to the sbt sling point. You will need to Dremel it off to completely fold a tube style.

Wife was thrilled when I installed this on her 43. The smaller slide was always a bit difficult for her to grip/pull back but the first time trying this made it a piece of cake. Only thing that could make it better would be for the flared grip to be on only one side so it doesn't dig into your stomach during concealed carry.
