These prism scopes are awesome. I've used a number of different Vortex branded scopes because of their warranty and peace of mind but I decided to go with the Primary Arms 3x Prism Scope simply because of the reticle. It's an excellent reticle with lots of adjustment for range. The glass is very clear and the lens caps have a nice springy snap to them when flipped open. Adjustment on the reticle illumination isn't incredibly smooth but maybe it'll loosen up over time with use. It's great to have an etched reticle that works well in daylight and have the illumination there for backup and in low light conditions. The mount stays put on my picatinny rail and doesn't budge at all although I've added a bit of blue thread locker just for extra insurance. If you're looking for something a bit more compact, this is a great high quality scope that should last a good long time.
This carry handle is enough for its intended purpose as a cheap rear sight for my use. It could be better. The rear sight wiggles slightly but not enough to move the aperture to bring you off target. It doesn't rattle but the looseness of it is noteworthy enough to complain about if I'm being nit picky.
The matte finish on it matches my uppers very well. There's no hint of gloss at all. The thumb nuts tighten very well by hand. I used a flat head screwdriver to snug mine down on the rail. I haven't added a drop of thread locker but I probably will before I head to the range. I was also able to bore sight in my home and this almost lined up perfectly when replacing my old rear sight. Overall, I'd say it's a decent carry handle if you're not looking to spend much.
This is my absolute favorite pistil grip by far. I've tried everything from the standard plastic grip to Ergo rubberized grip. These are the best quality and totally worth every penny. The rubberized grip from Hogue feels great in your hand and it's not overly stick. The base is well rounded and looks very clean. The beavertail fits very well into the web of my hand and feels very comfortable for long periods of time. I've used black as well as the FDE. The FDE color matched my Magpul FDE trigger guard as well as my Mission First Tactical minimalist stock.
This laser boresighter by Bushnell is exactly what I needed for a basic boresighting. I have an upper with a non-magnetic muzzle brake so my magnetic Sightmark boresighter wouldn't work. I decided to pick this up and give it a try. I actually like it better than the Sightmark Triple Duty. With this, I can place it easily in the barrel to get a much better approximation of the reticle being on target.
I have a wide range of calibers that I used to test the arbors with and I could easily find one that worked with all of the calibers, even 12 gauge.
I rated it 4 stars because the boresight isn't perfectly centered. If you twist it inside the barrel, it spins in about an 8 in circle at 30 feet. It's not perfect but it's enough to get on paper at 25-50 yards.
