TWO THINGS I WOULD CHANGE:
1. VELCRO ON HOLD DOWN STRAP RATHER THAN BUCKLE. BUT YOU CAN DO THIS YOURSELF.
2. I ALSO FOUND IT HELPFUL TO USE AN AUTOMOBILE SEAT BELT STRAP SHEEPSKIN PAD POSITIONED ON THE NECK.

inexpensive and does the job

the only thing i would change is the security strap. instead of a plastic buckle i would use a secured inside of the strap (stitching) and a velcro outside release not he outside. However this was easy to change when i received the product. the neck strap glitsch was uncommfortable for a long were time but easy to fix. i just purchased an automobile seat belt pad.
