Likely returning

I wanted to give and like Olight a chance. Biggest draw here is the QD mount which I wish everyone had. Light is bright, easy to recharge, seems to have good battery life so far……………..UNTIL…. Last night was running for less than 5 minutes and light suddenly turned off and would not turn on for several minutes …ouch …..fully recharged and tried again today and happened 2x more. I ran it for 4 minutes on, 1 min off x 3 and on third attempt light turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. Light did not feel that hot. After maybe 4-5 min of being off and not turning on my temp gun puts light under 100 degrees and didn’t feel hot in my hand BUT STILL COULD NOT turn or stay on …..so basically if you want a light that only last 5-7 minutes and then isn’t reliable this is great ….but for a SD purpose this light is a liability I am very disappointed, filing warranty request to see if it’s one off but BUY WITH CAUTION

Honestly really impressed

I have a rifle threat level plate carrier with front, back and side level 4 plates which weights over 20 pounds and restricts movement a lot
Decided to get a second vest for non rifle based threat levels. And honestly this vest is awesome
The quality seems to be very good, it’s insanely light and comfortable and I have 99% full movement while wearing
The surface area with this vest is also much more than 10 x 12 plates
Given this is NIJ listed and made in USA hard to imagine this much for this price. 10/10 highly recommend
I’m 5’9 175 pounds and got medium which fits well

Seems very good

Overall seems very good. Glass is very clear bright and crisp. Reticle is very useful and easy to use. Reticle is great size for FFP, useable from 5x all the way to 25x. Adjustments work and track well. Throw lever is nice extra. Lens covers work well. So far I definitely like it, can’t wait to use it more. Plus you get the amazing vortex warranty. Scope is slightly heavy. Build quality seems good. Side adjustment works very well and works great at close range as well as long . Seems like a great scope for all ranges!

Honestly I really like this scope
Written on May 03, 2022
So I am not a scope expert, haven’t handled $1000 or $2000 scopes. But I really like this one and it works really well for me. I have no issues with the fit and finish, mount works well, took me 5 min to level and mount, five shots to site in, and first day using shot 1.5-2 inch groups at 100 yards with 22lr. I find it almost as quick on 1x as my red dot, it’s stupid easy to drive the reticle on 1x, I feel like in a CQB setting I’d have a very good chance or even advantage with this reticle set up. Image is clear at 6x, tested it at palm tree that was 300-350 yards way and palm frawns has detail and we’re clear, I could also clearly see another tree that was in same sight line but only 100 yards away. 10 MOA donut with 3,6,9 German post pulls your eye in automatically, center 1 MOA dot is very percise. For the holdovers I easily found them online and the book includes them. As I read it there in MOA and I found reticle very wasy for wind and bullet drop compensation. Yesterday I was shooting 3 inch clay pigeons at 85 yards with 22lr and hitting almost every time. Was able to hit the 1 inch big pieces on first attempt 75% of the time. Eye box is fine. It’s to me great on 1x, good on 6x and for $300 cannot be beat period. Respective you tuber told me he thinks it’s easily worth 2x it’s price.

Amazing band for buck
Written on Apr 11, 2022
Under $200-300 there isn’t a huge selection of spotting scopes especially name brand. And while Barska is not name brand it is a known brand. I bought this just to sight in rifles inside 200 yards. First use was easily able to see holes in paper at 100 yards but tripod was very shaky. After using a few times overall working really well, steady image. Eye relief is pretty decent with 20-30x but higher than that image gets noticeable smaller and darker which makes it harder to see. Tested it today scoping out in a hilly area, with 60x was able to see windows and doors of homes about 1.5-2 miles away with hood clarity although slightly hazy. Overall unless I’m going to spend $400-600 I don’t think there’s much I’m missing out on here.
