Much lighter and lower profile than the ta51 mount. If you need more stability, midwest makes a 2-latch version

Better eye relief, eye box, and field of view than the 4x32. Also i prefer the crosshair reticle over the chevron, but that’s subjective and trijicon has a variety of reticles for all the acogs. If you are looking for a fixed magnification bombproof optic, this is worth considering
