Excellent Geissele craftsmanship, as always, and the 1.350" mounting height is perfect for what I needed. This is a real needle-in-the-haystack, it's actually perfect for bolt action rifles due to it being lower than the usual 1.54".

Criterion makes excellent barrels, and this one is no exception. There is almost no copper fouling and I am getting 0.5 MOA groups. They are the only barrel maker I know of that hand laps their barrels AND nitrides them. Absolutely happy with this purchase!

The NSR rails are terrific and naturally perfect matches for Noveske uppers of any generation. They are very lightweight and slim and pretty easy to install. A couple tips. First, any low profile gas block should fit as long as it is set screw or pinned. A clamp-on might fit but will most likely be touching the bottom., I would not do that. Second, the barrel nut does require timing but it's not a bad process. The newer NSR nuts have tick marks on them which is a big help for alignment. The instructions are clear and the process makes sense. There is an anti-rotation pin included with this rail which requires a hole in the top of the receiver. Various upper brands in addition to Noveske have that hole.

Most extractors I've seen for 308 ARs (and 556 for that matter) don't have very distinct channels cut into the extractor claw. That means they don't get a really good grip on the case rim and that can cause them to slip off. The JP extractor is very nicely machined and has a deep, properly machined channel across the entire width. I've never had any extraction issues after switching to it.

I put this on a suppressed SBR and it definitely cut down on the blowback gasses compared to a regular Raptor. The handle feels very sturdy even though it has the cut outs along the length. I am very happy with this.

Probably not much more to be said about this CompM4s, the eternal battery life, ruggedness and one of the cleanest and sharpest dots in the business. Adjusting the sight for my 300BLK hunting AR was super quick, about 16 clicks down and 8 clicks right. The POI moved as expected with each click, which seems to be a rarity, even on some expensive scopes. One tip: use a lithium AA battery, they are amazingly light, work in a broader temperature range and will last forever.

I bought this scope to use for deer hunting and it has far exceeded my expectations, which were pretty high. I recently just hunted on a gray, cloudy day, and I ran out of legal shooting time LONG before I ran out of scope brightness or reticle. The clarity of Zeiss optics coupled with the relatively large objective lense lets in tons of light. I think Zeiss also makes the best illuminated reticle in the business. The buttons allow you to set the brightness from being visible in bright daylight to almost infinitesimally dim. When it's 25 minutes past sunset all you need is just the barest of glow and you can do with with the Zeiss. Speaking of the dot, it's a very clean, ultra tiny dot, in the dead center of the thin cross hairs. The German #4 style reticle makes for very easy target acquisition as you're not struggling to see around thicker cross hairs.
Everything about this scope exudes quality and craftsmanship. This scope says "Made in Germany", not "assembled" or anything else. Just a beautiful piece of equipment in every way.
