This holster is exactly what I was looking for. Safariland 6360RDS works well with my Springfield Echelon. As with any new holster break in time varies, but overall this system works well.
This holster system is great, it was easy to setup and is easy to use for last minute work. Weapon and holster conceal well under jackets, suits, and even gym clothes.
