Bianchi Accumold Nylon Double Mag Pouch
This pouch is very high quality. Mags fit very snugly. Almost too snug as they are a little difficult to draw under stress. I imagine they will loosen up with more use. I have mine set up in the horizontal position but it can be mounted vertically also. The pouch does not slide around on duty belts although if you put it on anything thinner than a duty belt or one of the ultrathin duty belts it will slide.

Review for
BlackHawk Level 2 Duty Holster
The taser locks firmly in place and draws easy. I have mine set up cross draw on my left side next to my mag pouch. With my mag pouch in the horizontal configuration it sits pretty far to my side. With my vest on it is pretty hard to get my arm all the way across my chest to push the finger lock to get the taser out. Blackhawk helps this by allowing you to cant the taser forward slightly which made it a little easier. When putting the holster On my duty belt it is very hard to snap the belt clip in place. I'm not sure it was made to go on a thick duty belt. Maybe Blackhawk could make a duty specific one.
