Took only 30 seconds to install without checking instructions and was instantly an improvement! Made my Tisas Commander 1911 easier to handle and now i dont need to adjust my grip hand.

I put it together and racked back, only for the slide to stay put while the charging handle came back with my hand. The design of the handle intends to use the slide cut pattern as the main retention point.
This is probably fine for OEM styled slides but not my aftermarket.

I save lots of money practicing with this instead of .223 ammo, plus its fairly reliable.
Bear in mind there is usually a break in period, mine was around 100-150 rounds. After that it stopped jamming every 4th round.
I noticed during break in that it prefers carbine gas over rifle gas length.

This ammo helped me sight in my SP1 clone with a 1" group at 100 yards. Fantastic, and shot from a 20" Bear Creek barrell! All other ammo I use is now underwhelming to me in comparison. Definitely getting more.
