It was far more difficult to get on than i thought it would be. I had to use a soft mallet to hammer it on. You have to make sure it's hammered ALL THE WAY down because you won't be able to screw on the forend end cap due to a lip inside the forend that will block the end cap from threading. Once installed, there was a lot of "play" in the forend that allowed it to rock side to side. Also, I strongly recommend attaching any MLOK attachments to the firend before installing on the shotgun because you really can't see underneath the forend to see the orientation of the MLOK screws. Overall, it does the job but it's just meh. However, a positive is that it did fit my 500 with a heat shield with no modification required.
