I own a rather extensive array of Leupold Optics. I wanted to purchase a spotting scope for longer range work. After researching spotting scopes to the point of sensory overload, this scope was my choice. Thus far I have not been disappointed! Due to local weather I have not been able to take it to the range, however experimenting with it in the neighborhood I am extremely happy with my decision and purchase.
Further be advised that once again the assistance provided by the staff ( Jesica ) at Optics Planet was another determining factor in this purchase! I have made several purchases with Optics Planet and have NEVER been disappointed with the assistance provide by the staff to a person they are all extremely well versed in their products and very helpful with their clients.

This has been one of several purchases made with Opticsplanet. As always, I am extremely satisfied with the service, customer support as well as competitive pricing.
I researched this unit ad nauseoum prior to making the purchase. Called the staff at Aimpoint with a barrage of questions and found the staff to be more than patient, taking an extraordinary amount of time with me to make sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I mounted it on a Tavor replacing the Mepro optic. The reticle on the Mepro obliterated the target at one hundred yards. And yes I am aware that this was a close combat optic and it did fit that bill very well. How ever I was looking for something that would provide a bit more flexibility. The Aimpont Comp M4 has more than satisfied my needs. The unit appears to be very well built, the adjustable red dot reticle is crystal clear, very fast target aquisition, battery life is exceptional and from what I have read as well as the videos observed this unit is beyond rugged. Be advised that this is not an inexpensive purchase but in my opinion it has been well worth it! In this case it is true "you get what you pay for".
