The finish is a little bit different, hence the 4 stars. But still looks great and does what I want it to do.

The finish is a little cheap and I needed to use a soft jawed vice to “pinch” the heat shield onto the barrel so it wouldn’t rub on my magpul SGA pump. I knew this going into the purchase however and now is rock solid and looks great. At the same price as the awful plastic ones, I really can’t complain.

I wish SA would make a piston for the AR10, but this is the next best thing. Really tamed the recoil on my Aero m5

This is an automatic yes for every AR I build from now on. The only downside is that you have to use the extended KAK magazine release to use it on the aero m5 AR10. Which is Aeros fault not this. I love these
