Overall a great multi-tool, the only issue I see is the quality of the metal is soft. I used just one function of this tool to complete one 15-minute project, and even after being as gentle as possible the teeth of the tool are 50% worn down. Basically I might get one more use from that part of the tool, and then it will be too smooth to be functional. I am guessing if this was made in the US instead of China, this would be less of a problem. Good tool for very occasional use.

This is exactly the product I was looking for because I did not want to carry several different accessories, just one that can perform many tasks. The only thing to watch out for is the flashlight, the first knife I received had a working red LED and a white LED that worked for 5 seconds and then cut off, and I could not make it work again. Customer service helped me exchange it, and this time I have a working red LED and a white LED that works most of the time but sometimes flickers/goes to half-power. I do not feel like like dealing with another exchange so I decided to keep it, and if it goes bad I will just have to use the red LED, it seems to be less problematic. Overall- a decent product.
