Texas Glock guy from United States, TX Public Profile
I liked how it was packaged. What can I say it looks perfect it shoots it’s slides I oiled it. I didn’t think about it but I do like that it has that little scorpion logo on the shiny black but not too shiny. Matches my black rifle. Looks at home with my True Black Class 2 Type 3 Hard coat anodize slightly more premium upper and lower. (Zev and PSA)
You’re probably thinking man I wanna experiment with it so light it’s gonna make me more accurate. The problem is this one removes the take up completely and it just clicks way out. It’s hard to explain but it’s an unnatural trigger pull. The light part is good but get one where it clicks further back and you can keep your finger on the trigger in between shots without accidentally shooting. You will be surprised when you touch this trigger and it goes bang. You have to grip tighter with the other 3 because you can’t really tough the trigger it’s hard to explain. Dangerous IMO. I learned from this there’s a reason for take up, there’s a reason for 2 stage triggers. They give you natural instinctive feedback. This just feels weird. Oh also I had to put the normal spring back in or it kept jamming. Still plenty light.
It’s perfect. What can I say. I am grateful this bag is for sale at this price point. Fits my 14.7 pin and welded ar15 perfect. Probably fine for a true 16er too. Idk. Didn’t really think about it before I put it away. Big pouch you could put a pistol and or mags in securely, plus the mag pouches. If I load the mags and the pouch I could probably skip the extra ammo bag and even bring a pistol and a pistol ammo box all in this 1 bag. I do think it was too short for my pin and weld with the stock extended so maybe too short for fixed stock people. Just measure yours check the dimensions. Would fit a good sized AR pistol fine too. Not too big. My full ar fits with the mag stuck in the gun too.
Fortunately I have a lone wolf set of parts and a slide to try them in and and compare and let me tell you what doesn’t work. The springs are all crusty and don’t work at all. Spacer sleeve and liner are wrong size. Doesn’t fit Glock 19 and yes that is what it’s intended to be. Extractor too long spring doesn’t fit on end missing 1 spring loaded bearing for it anyway. Firing pin safety is literally just a completely wrong size and doesn’t hold together in the gun. So that’s nothing. Nothing fits. I was able to make the spacer sleeve kinda work but it’s too narrow. This is trash. Optics planet be better. I’m taking everything and throwing it away and going to order some nice parts that cost like 70 80 bucks with shiny stainless parts elsewhere.
