I was very pleased with the quality of this part when I opened it. Installation was quick and easy, and it seems to be very solid. The QR button works well and engages positively, the swivel action is smooth. Great buy for the money.

Great deal for the price

I'll start by saying that this doesn't fit my Colt SP1 perfectly, but I'm still giving it 5 stars. The rail is 3 pieces: the top section is full length, and there are 2 bottom sections. The forward most bottom section is only a few inches long and goes in front of the front A-frame sight. To fit my SP1 I need to Dremel out a couple of slots so it will clear the bayonet lug. The screws that hold the upper section to and rearward bottom section don't line up perfectly, but its close enough that they can still be installed. Once screwed together this is a VERY solid setup. I'm looking forward to mounting some accessories and testing this out.

I haven't used this yet, but it appears to be solid and well made - no rough or sharp edges to scratch your gun, unlike some I've seen. For the price this is hard to beat. Definitely worth grabbing and throwing in the tool box for future use.

I installed this stock tiday and was amazed with the fit and feel. Its nice and snug, no rattle, but is also easy to adjust. It's super comfortable on the cheek and puts your eye right in line with the sights.
