Buy a adjustable gas block with this barrel, seriously over gassed!
Written on Aug 15, 2022
I have a 16” hybrid and it’s so over gassed that I’m up to h3 buffer weight and it’s still ejecting out at 1:30. My next and only other option is a adjustable gas block. For all the hype about Criterion you’d think they could get the gas port size figured out or at least respond to emails about it.

Not really “crush” washers.

NcSTAR Crush Washer For AR Muzzle Brake
These don’t “crush” down at all. They are hard steel and don’t crush down allowing you to time your muzzle device. I’m not, but if you are the type of person who likes things to match you also won’t like these because they are a high polished blue, not parkerized. Cherish washes don’t cost that much so don’t cheap out and waist your money on junk like this. Buy name brand.

Better than what I thought

Review for
Holosun LE117 Elite Laser Light
This was better quality then what I thought I’d get. I’ve read that the latch doesn’t stay closed but after I adjusted mine to fit my pic rail it snapped into place and has a little catch to keep it from unlocking. Maybe they redesigned the lever? The low night setting seems to be the perfect brightness for pitch black and the high was visible at about 30’ during the day outside. Overall I’m really happy with it.

Cheap feeling and thin.
Written on Nov 27, 2020
I’m kinda disappointed with this, I expected a lot more. To start with this pistol grip feels kinda thin compared to the Magpul, BCM, ERGO and B5 grips I’ve had in the past. The texture that they added to the side feels like is the same plastic the rest of the grip is made out of. It’s not rubber feeling and doesn’t provide and extra grip at all. I’d say it’s just for looks, unlike Daniel defense that actually has sticky rubber added to it for grip. The plug on the bottom seems like a bad design. It’s just a rubber plug that seems like it would get dragged out if you scraped the bottom of the grip on something. If this grip was in the $9-13 range I would have kept it. Being that you can get a good grip for the same price as this junk I’d avoid this one.
