This came yesterday and I mounted on my CZ 457 MTR onto pic rail to the 11mm dovetail. If mounting slightly above the receiver I could have done better with a 15 MOA rail... but with a shim in the rear ring I was able to dial it up just fine. This is an amazing scope for the money. I was a little surprised by the illumination. This is a single dot in the middle. Actually worked well as my first shot were in dimmer lighting and that single dot really made it pop for visibility.
Took it to the range today and it was a great day for sighting and shooting. Sort of hot but no mirage.. so cant comment how it will do at high power with mirage coming off the range gravel. In any case this is areal blessing for these old eyes. Improved over my old 25X Vortex Strike Eagle. Mounted on the .22 it wont be subject to the high power recoil so cant comment on that.

Overall I am quite pleased with this scope.

I mounted this scope on an AR15 platform shooting 6.5 Grendel. The good is the optics are clear even at higher magnification. It seemed to hold zero fine although I only put about 100 rounds through after zeroing the scope. One issue I had was the reticle is extremely fine. There are time when there is good contrast and this is fine. There are other times when the reticle disappears into the background. Fortunately the scope has an illuminated reticle just for that situation. Unfortunately the illumination did not work.

I contacted Vector tech support and they told me to do some of the standard troubleshooting stuff.... Make sure the contacts are touching, the + side is facing up etc. I had tried these fixes with no luck. This might have resulted in a 2 or 3 rating however both Optic Planet and Vector were really great with my options. Optics Planet gave me the option of replacement or refund with no issues. Shipping label provided. Apparently I had purchased the last one in stock so it will be a return.

Vector also offered a replacement... that has yet to be resolved. I'd actually rather replace and get one that works instead of a refund. So with that preference in mind I am hanging in with a 4 rating.... because I'd buy again based on the good qualities and the great after sales service.
