This pouch is the perfect size for an IFAK. It tucks under my strong arm on my PC and doesn't interfere with my arms range of motion. The size is large enough to hold everything you need for a traumatic injury IFAC without being so large that you want to put items that you don't really need in it. Highly recommended.

I am not a full time operator, I do not play one on TV and I did not spend last night at a Holiday Inn Express. I did purchase this plate carrier for a just in case scenario. This will suit my needs should the need ever arise. I just could not justify spending 4-5 times the amount for one of the other "operator" plate carriers. Don't hesitate, just go ahead and purchase this one!!!
